The Assistant Mayor with responsibility for the Environment and Food, Gus Hoyt has made a strong statement of support for the protection of food growing land from Park & Ride development.

This is brilliant. After a long time without making a public statement he has stepped forward and made his opposition to the P&R visible!

Apparently the Council is tied into a legal contract around the P&R delivery so it is important that an alternative site and/or alternative model is found.
